What happened?

The most common emergencies we treat. Recognise yourself? Call us.

Toothache that will not stopTake over-the-counter pain relief as directed, avoid hot, cold and sweet things, and call us.
Broken or chipped toothKeep the piece if you find it, rinse gently and avoid chewing on that side. We can often repair it the same day.
Lost filling or crownKeep the crown. The tooth is unprotected and sensitive; we refit or repair it quickly.
Swelling, abscess or feverSigns of infection that must be assessed quickly. Call us right away, or 1177 outside opening hours.
Knocked-out toothHold it by the crown, rinse briefly in milk, do not scrub, and come in within the hour. Time is critical.
Pain after treatmentSome soreness is normal, increasing pain after day three is not. Call and we will assess.

4Treatment and pain reliefIn most cases we treat right away and relieve the pain at the same visit.

Can I get an appointment today?

Often, yes. We try to keep slots open for emergencies and always try to find you a time quickly. Call us and we will find the fastest option.

Can I come without an appointment?

Please call first, even if you are outside the door, so we can prepare a room for you. With facial swelling, fever or trouble swallowing, seek care immediately.

Do you speak English?

Yes. We speak Swedish, English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish and Russian. Just say so when you call.

Are you open on weekends?

On Saturdays and Sundays we see emergency patients by arrangement. Call us and we will tell you what applies that weekend.

How do I pay?

Card, Swish or invoice. Interest-free instalments are available. If you are registered in Sweden, the state dental subsidy is deducted at the visit.
